Republican unitary enterprise “Belarusian Institute of Construction Design” of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate was established by the order of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate dated April 22, 2009 No. 111 for the purpose of gaining the profit of the work and services performed, achieving state economic and social goals, meeting the economic interests of the Founder and improving the employees living standards.
The Enterprise’s Founder and the competent public authority is the Belarus President Property Management Directorate.
The property of the Enterprise is the property of the Republic of Belarus and is assigned to the Enterprise on the basis of economic control rights.
The full corporate name of the Enterprise is the Republican unitary enterprise “Belarusian Institute of Construction Design” of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate.
The short corporate name of the Enterprise is State-owned enterprise “Institut “Belstrojproekt”.
The key business lines of the Enterprise in the field of architecture, construction and engineering surveys are:
- exercise the general designer functions ;
- pre-design (pre-investment) documentation development;
- development of all design sections documentation for the projects of 1 – 5 classes construction complexity, including the design of gas distribution system objects, heat boiler stations, security systems, automatic fire alarm and fire suppression systems, systems of smoke protection, fire warning and evacuation control;
- engineering surveys for the objects of 1 – 5 classes construction complexity: the services within engineering and geodesy surveys;
- structural surveys services (2-5 classes);
- construction design supervision;
- construction of the objects of 3 – 5 complexity classes, geodetic surveys performed during construction.
The structural units of various specialization and design areas allow us to provide the customer a wide range of services such as urban development analysis, engineer surveys, technical and economic assessments of the object under design with the follow-on draft design concepts, working drawings and cost estimates of all the project sections, the approvals and the project documentation state examination necessary, the construction design supervision, acceptance of new and reconstructed enterprises, buildings and other facilities with its infrastructure and landscaping.
The key business lines of the Enterprise in the field of certification and testing are:
- certification of products, works and services, quality management systems;
- declaration;
- evaluation of the in-process control;
- certificates of validation;
- testing, certification testing.
The Enterprise is accredited in the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus as the products and services certification body “Belsertificat”, which performs works to confirm the conformity of construction products, works (services) in the field of construction, as well as the quality management systems certification body “BelSertificate”.
In the Enterprise structure there is also a testing center accredited for a wide range of construction products, installation and construction and works, packaging, perfumery and cosmetic products, household chemicals, paint and varnish materials, household goods tests.
