furniture
light industry products
Certification of products is carried out for compliance with the requirements of standards, technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus “Buildings and structures, building materials and products. Security “(TP 2009/013 / BY), as well as the technical regulations of the Customs Union:
“On the safety of light industry products” (ТР ТС 017/2011)
“On the safety of furniture products” (ТР ТС 025/2012)
Certification of products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On conformity assessment of technical requirements and accreditation of conformity assessment bodies” dated October 24, 2016 No. 437-3. Rules of conformity confirmation of the National System of conformity confirmation of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the State Standard Resolution No. 07 61.
The certification body for products and services “BelCertificate” is included in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories of the Customs Union with the right to issue certificates of conformity of the Uniform Form.
Work is underway to recognize certificates of conformity issued in the systems of other states in the framework of existing recognition agreements.

From March 11, 2016 for building materials and products (for aggregates for concrete and mortars from November 1, 2015), conformity assessment is carried out in the form of a declaration of conformity on the basis of a technical assessment of suitability (technical certificate) and in the form of certification.
When confirming compliance with the requirements of technical regulations TP 2009/013 / BY, the manufacturer of building materials and products must have technical documentation in the set, including the following documents:
documents certifying the presence of the manufacturer’s production control system in terms of testing (technical competence certificate or accreditation certificate of the test unit),
documents confirming the existence of a developed and implemented quality management system, or a copy of the certificate of conformity of the quality management system;
certificate of assessment of welding production (for welded joints with rated strength).
